3FN Keywords database features

The 3FN Keywords database consists of 89,000,000 (89 million) keywords, Google search with the detailed information related to each keyword including the estimations of popularity in Overture, WordTracker, and Google AdWords, competition in Google Search Engine and Google AdWords, and keyword cost in AdWords.

The following parameters are available with the search results for each keyword: Overture popularity, Wordtracker Count, Wordtracker Predict, Google Search Results, Google Search Phrase Match, Google AllInTitle, Google AllInURL, Google AllInText, Google AllInAnchor, KEI (Keyword Effectiveness Index), Google AdWords ads, Google AdWords Clicks Per Day, Google AdWords CPC, Avg Ad Position on AdWords, Google AdWords Cost Per Day

The following data is available in the 3FN Keywords database (by columns):

Keyword
A keyword or a key phrase. The search request entered by surfers in Google.

Overture Popularity
An Overture popularity estimate. The number of searches per month in the Yahoo! network including Yahoo! Search Marketing (Overture.com, Yahoo.com) and partner search engines.

Google Search Results
A number of the Google search results for the specific keyword, the amount of competition for this keyword in Google.

WordTracker Count
A keyword popularity estimate in WordTracker, www.wordtracker.com. The approximate estimation of the number of keyword searches per month in the meta search engines.

WordTracker Predict
An estimate of the keyword popularity dynamics in WordTracker, www.wordtracker.com.

Google Search Results Phrase Match
a number of search results for the exact phrase in quotes in Google. The competition estimate is for this EXACT phrase, not its parts. For example, the number of Google Search Results for “web hosting” is equal to 281 000 000 (the number of pages containing “web” or “hosting”), however, the number of Google Search Results Phrase Match for “web hosting” is equal to 153 000 000 (the number of pages containing the exact phrase of “web hosting”).

Google AllInTitle
A number of pages in the Google search index containing a keyword in the title. This is one of the most accurate competition parameters for a keyword.

Google AllInURL
A number of pages in the Google search index containing a keyword in the URL, for example http://www.yoursite.com/web-hosting.php. This is one of the most accurate competition parameters for a keyword.

Google AllInText
A number of pages in the Google search index containing a keyword in the page text.

Google AllInAnchor
A number of pages in the Google search index containing a keyword in the hyperlink anchors to this page. For example, if a website contains a hyperlink with the “best web hosting, then youк web page will be counted by the AllInAnchor, despite the page does not contain “web hosting”. This is a parameter of the page “quality” for a keyword. The more hyperlinks with a keyword in the hyperlink anchor the higher in the Google search results. This parameter is considered THE MOST ACCURATE among the SEO professionals, whose main job is the web site optimization for gaining the top positions in the search engine results.

KEI (Keyword Effectiveness Index)
A parameter of the keyword “quality”. The high KEI mean the considerable increase in the number of website visitors for the same period. KEI depends on the popularity of a keyword and its competition.

Google AdWords Ads
A number of Google AdWords advertisements for a keyword. This is the most accurate parameter of the PAID competition for a keyword. Each advertisement click costs advertisers money. The more advertisers for a keyword mean the more intense competition of paid keyword advertising.

Google AdWords Clicks/Day
A number of clicks per day you are able to achieve biding the maximum of $90 per click for a keyword in Google AdWords. This is the most accurate parameter of the keyword popularity. This parameter usually provides very accurate results unlike the Overture and WordTracker estimates.

Google AdWords CPC
The actual highest price advertisers pay for each click for ads with a keyword. This parameter provides a good estimate of whether it is reasonable to optimize your AdSense website for a keyword. The higher bid the more revenue you are able to generate in AdSense from each click for ads with a keyword publishing ads with a keyword on your website.

Average Ad Position on Google AdWords
An average position of an ad with the highest price in Google AdWords.

Google AdWords Cost/Day
A cost of impressions of ads for a keyword per day in Google AdWords. Approximately, it is equal to the number of clicks multiplied by a bid. This is the best parameter showing the niche profitability.

  • AdSense arbitration;
  • selection of the profitable domain names for reselling and parking;
  • research for product and service ideas;
  • estimation of the niche profitability.

For professionals: we are not using Wordtracker and/or AOL database. We build and update our database from multiple independent resources.

All keywords are the actual Google keyword requests, collected from the New Google AdWords Keyword Tool (the former Google Keyword Sandbox).

You may also see some words from Overture Keyword Selector, however their number does not exceed 5% from the total number of keywords.
